Goldner Walsh Garden & Home

I’m Tim Travis, owner of Goldner Walsh Garden & Home in Pontiac, Michigan—an iconic company originally founded by El Goldner in 1953. What began as a small landscape business has grown into a destination for design, horticulture, and inspiration.

My love for gardening started early, inspired by my grandmothers, Lilli and Rose, and led me to study horticulture at Michigan State. I joined Goldner Walsh in 1982, became owner in 1988, and have spent more than 40 years blending landscape design with the art of the garden.

We recently purchased Napa Home & Garden during the Atlanta Market in January 2025— the product is stunning and fits perfectly within our store’s aesthetic. It’s inspiring to see Napa continue to bring beauty, craftsmanship, and creativity to the garden world.
